Alongside our film store, we offer hands-on services for photographers working with bulk or vintage 35mm stock.
DX Coding / Recoding
We encode or re-encode DX barcodes on 35mm cassettes so your camera meters at the correct ISO. Bring your bulk-loaded film that shipped without DX coding, or existing factory cassettes where the original speed no longer reflects how the film should be shot today.
Available ISOs: 50, 100, 160, 200, 400, 500. Don't see your target ISO? Contact us with your stock and we'll work with you on a custom solution.
Bulk Spooling
We spool bulk 35mm film into individual cassettes at custom exposure lengths. Bring your own bulk roll — we load into DX-coded cassettes with long leaders cut to DIN 4522 spec, ready to shoot. Long leaders feed reliably into point-and-shoot and autoload cameras and give manual-wind bodies more room to thread without wasting frames. Choice of clear or black canisters.
Long leader cut to standard. Empty DX-coded cassettes and canisters provided. Contact us with your stock details and desired exposure length.
